WF-T052 Defoame for VAE

1.Product

WF-T052 is a kind of composite type defoamer used in the coating and Polymer emulsion, which takes the polyether polyol、modified polyether polyol、alcohol as the ingredients, and it also have a good performance for fast speed of foam eliminating and long time inhibiting in the coating and polymer emulsion production and application, as well as low dosage for using. There is no adverse effect on the activated sludge microorganisms, especially suitable for the use of industrial coating、VAE emulsion、styrene-acrylic emulsion、Styrene-butadiene rubber latex、polymer emulsion,etc.

4. Application

It is suitable for almost all water-based system defoaming; It is easy to disperse and has high efficency of defoaming and durable foaming inhibition.

5.Method of use

It can be added during production or in the process. It can be added directly or in dilution. The addition amount was 0.01~0.3%. The optimum dosage is determined by the user through field test

6.Storage and Packing

Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place at room temperature to prevent strong light irradiation. The shelf life of the product is around 25℃ for 12 months from the date of production.

Finished product packaging: 25KG, 200KG, 1000KG or negotiated packaging.
